Step four is drink a warm tea. Make a little tea time while you worked, you can eat some biscuits too. This way will make you more comfort at office. And the last step is, change your desk decoration. Usually people have a lot stack of paperwork then you can changes it into new decoration. Such as put some a little plant like cactus, and you can put a family portrait to make your increase your energy back to work.
